Welcome to Jingyu Luxury Stone. These Terms of Service govern your access to our website and purchase of products from Jingyu Luxury Stone, a natural stone supplier based in Xiamen, China.

1. Products

We supply marble, granite, quartzite, onyx, travertine, limestone, semi-precious stone, and sintered stone products. Natural stone varies in color, veining, and pattern — these are inherent characteristics, not defects.

2. Quotations and Pricing

• Quotations valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated
• Prices in USD, EXW Xiamen China unless FOB/CIF agreed
• We reserve the right to adjust prices for raw material or currency fluctuations
• All quotations subject to product availability

3. Ordering and Payment

• Order confirmed only after written acceptance and deposit receipt
• Standard: 30-50% deposit, balance before shipment
• Payment: Bank wire (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C)
• Title and risk transfer upon delivery to carrier in Xiamen

4. Samples

Samples available upon request. Costs may apply and may be credited toward first orders. Samples represent general color range but may not exactly match final product.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Sea freight, air freight, or courier as agreed
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed
• Claims for damage/shortage must be filed within 7 days with photo evidence
• We recommend buyers arrange insurance for high-value shipments

6. Returns and Refunds

• Custom-fabricated stone products are non-returnable
• Standard orders may be cancelled before fabrication, subject to restocking fee
• Defective products replaced or refunded at our discretion
• Natural color/veining variations are not defects

7. Warranties

Products warranted to conform to agreed specifications at shipment. Does not cover wear, improper installation, misuse, or environmental damage. Website content provided “as is.”

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration by CIETAC in Xiamen.
