Customer Journey
Complete lifecycle from inquiry to after-sales — covering material selection, CNC fabrication, international logistics, and expert installation
1
Pre-sales Consultation
Discovery, proposal design, and initial pricing 3 steps
1
Customer Inquiry
Client submits project requirements via website, email, or phone — including stone type, required dimensions, application surface, and style preferences
2
Needs Assessment & Stone Recommendation
Design consultant analyzes the project context and recommends suitable stone varieties — marble, granite, quartzite, limestone — with quarry sample references and veining examples
3
Design Proposal & Preliminary Quote
Deliver design plan, fabrication drawings, and fully itemized quotation covering material, processing, logistics, and installation costs
2
Order Confirmation
Quantity, specs, material sign-off, and deposit 4 steps
4
Confirm Order Details with Customer
Verify order quantity, slab dimensions, and fabrication specs — edge profiles, surface finish, thickness — with the client. Both parties sign off on the technical sheet.
5
Confirm Material Selection with Customer
Client reviews and approves the chosen stone block, slab color and vein pattern, surface finish, and any matching requirements. Quarry sample photos or physical samples sent for sign-off.
6
Contract Signing & Deposit Payment
Formalize the sales contract covering all confirmed specs, price, delivery date, and liability terms. Client pays the deposit — typically 50%–70% of the total order value.
7
Production Scheduling
After deposit clears, production department schedules the order by priority, confirms the delivery window, and notifies the client of the estimated completion date.
3
Production & Fabrication
Cutting, finishing, and quality control 4 steps
8
Raw Material Sourcing & Block Inspection
Select blocks from partner quarries; inspect veining, color consistency, and cracks to ensure raw material meets luxury-grade standards before cutting
9
CNC Cutting & Waterjet Fabrication
Precision cut slabs using CNC bridge saw and waterjet per approved drawings. Each piece is labeled for its installation position with machining allowance reserved.
10
Edge Profiling & Surface Treatment
Apply specified edge profiles, beveling, polishing, flamed finish, or leathered finish per craftsmanship specifications for perfect tactile and visual results
11
Quality Inspection
ISO-standard checks on dimensional accuracy, flatness, color consistency, and strength. Non-conforming pieces are reworked or scrapped — never passed downstream.
4
Logistics & Delivery
Packaging, shipping, customs, and installation 5 steps
12
Professional Packaging
